Christmas All Year

My absolute favorite time of year is Christmas. I enjoy the decorating, the lights, and the gifts. But the real reason is because we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. Emmanuel. God with us.

Why Christmas Matters to Me

Christmas Day is when we celebrate the greatest gift ever given...Jesus coming to earth as a baby, living among us, and ultimately becoming our Savior.

Yes, I love the traditions, the music, the decorations, and the gathering with family. Who doesn't like giving and receiving gifts. But all of it points back to one thing: God loved us so much that He came to earth with the purpose of redeeming us back to Himself.

As a Christian woman building a business, Christmas reminds me that my purpose is more than the successes. I choose to honor the One who gave everything for me. While not perfect with it all, that perspective changes how I approach everything in my work, family, & life.

So, you'll find Christmas content here year-round. Because the joy, the hope, the love of Christ that we celebrate at Christmas is also for every day.

How We Celebrate

Every family has their own Christmas traditions. Here are some of the ways we keep Christ at the center of our celebration:

Prayer & Worship

We start Christmas morning with prayer and worship. Before the gifts, before the food, we acknowledge the reason we're celebrating. Jesus. His birth. God's incredible love for us.

Reading the Christmas Story

Luke 2 gets read aloud. Every year. No matter how old we get. We need to hear about the shepherds, the angels, the manger. We need to remember how it all began.

Worship Music All Day

Christmas music plays from morning to night, but it's worship music - songs that lift up Jesus, celebrate His coming, and remind us why we have joy.

Giving with Purpose

We give gifts, yes. But we also give to those in need. Because Christmas is about generosity - God's generosity to us, and ours to others.
