Many people face challenging situations that they overcome in significant ways but fail to recognize the details as beneficial to their next phase. Let's keep it in perspective. You may need those details to help you do your next great exploits or to help someone succeed in their life's focus.

Had I done life my way, several events would be quite different. I would not have the wonderful experiences of that 30-year period of time. I would not have these amazing children. My path perhaps would have been altered and who knows what the end results would have been.

My encouragement to you is to change the way you think. Change the words you choose to speak. You’ll then see change in the life you live. Trust me, our actions line up with what we think.

I believe that as we live our lives, we inadvertently become the product of our environment, situations, and circumstances. That is, we behave in a certain manner that is the result of what we experience or based on our interpretation of what we experience.

Quanda has always had this amazing gift of expressing herself through what we know today as self-care. Learning to love and care for herself has translated into a profession of caring for others. She has these amazing Gifted Hands.

Considering the climate of social distancing, it's a good time to reevaluate goals for the remainder of the year. Take a pulse of where you are with your life; spiritual, social, relationships, and financial…Create new, better memories. Make the remainder of 2020 the best half of the 1st year of this new decade. You can do it!!!

As of the writing of this post, Taneka has realized her dream to play professionally overseas and is walking in this amazing experience. Her love for basketball is intense and sure.
